Once you already placed an order with us, you won’t be able to cancel or modify your order. Please make sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. The payment received can not be refund.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All items cannot be returned. If for any reason you wish to exchange your online purchase, we will only accept items that have not been worn and are in original condition (new, tagged, and unworn) and original box. We only accept exchanges for incorrect sizing within 3 days of receiving your order. The cost of exchange the product shall be borne by customer. Exchanges that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Details for exchange requests should be directed to customer service through email [email protected] or text/WA (+62) 877 81925824 within 3 days of receiving your order. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.
